Mesquite marinaded tenderloin steak, with french-cut green beans and a baked potato.

And I didn’t even burn it.

    Oh my God. Aluminum foil? Does this mean you actually BAKED the baked potato?! I can tell those green beans were canned rather than fresh but at least you’re eating your vegetables.

    Yes, I actually baked the potato. AND IT TOOK A FREAKING HOUR. Next time, I’ll just nuke it.

    I’ve had the foreman grill for a while… It’s only recently that I figured out I could use it without Adrianna’s supervision. I just need to remember to clean it eventually. Or not; my kitchen has a nice semipermanent mesquite smell now.
